PILATES SHOP / YOGA GARAGE INC., was established in November, 2001 by former dancers Maxine and Peter Roël. The company was created as a life confirming move to work with people in an environment which is reflective of our work: serene, focused and holistic. Pilates is a discipline of mind and emotion, not just physicality. It is a discipline of intention, which formulates our goals. Our emphasis is on the individual needs of each client and our goal is to facilitate change in one client at a time - in one moment at a time.
