Description
A 25" X 38" portrait photo mosaic quilt by award-winning quilt master D'Andrea Mitchell. This is a work-of-art quilt patterned from any single close up photo you supply - child, husband, wife, granddad etc. Each quilt is made up of approximately 1700 individual pieces of fabric. When viewed from close up, it looks like an abstract art piece of different color earth tone squares. But as the viewer moves back (or views it through a special lens or photographs it) , the pieces blend together to reveal the portrait. This is a truly unique and incredible conversation piece - an art quilt - suitable for framing!

Special Instructions
Special conditions: no pets. Best photos to use are high resolution with light from one side. Minimum of 3 different close up photos of subject requested - D'Andrea will choose the one best suited for the quilt. Photos can be emailed. The quilt will take 3 weeks from the time the photo is received.
