Description

This "en plein air" painting of The Book Mill was painted in August 2006 on a warm afternoon, with the light filtering down through the trees. The red building with steeple is tucked away amidst the greenery, having appeared to have finished its work for the day. This site in the Pioneer Valley is a wonderful place to browse, paint and eat alongside the rushing creek that borders the Book Mill to the south

12" x 8" Oil on Panel framed, floating in a black hand-made frame.
