Description

A beautiful red scarf is draped across a black lacquer oriental style chair amidst potted plants.  The scene is all set for a tranquil respite from the busy day and a cup of tea.  Colleen painted this restful setting at the 2007 Flower Show at the Attleboro Arts Museum

14" X 11" Oil

Colleen Vandeventer paints and teaches from her studio in North Attleboro, Studio 5. Colleen has studied at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School, RISD, and under the guidance of Robert Cormier, Lois Griffel and the late Helen Van Wyke. She works in both oil and pastels and has received numerous awards for her work in both member and regional juried shows.  She is a member of numerous organizations and she is a newly juried artist member of the Providence Art Club.  Colleen was also juried into the 2007 Emerging Artist's exhibit at the Cape Cod Museum of Art.

This item can be shipped via UPS or picked up at the Museum from Nov. 6th - Nov. 10th. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
