Brunch for 8:  Vivian’s maternal grandmother (Nana) came from the old country (Denmark) bringing with her the family instrument of culinary ecstasy which creates a most divine, mouthwatering experience known as Apel Skewers. These are delectable fruit or jam filled pop-over like pastries made from a French crepe recipe (lemon zest included).  Topped with powdered sugar, raspberry glaze, and real maple syrup accompanied by thick sliced bacon and French press coffee- and we promise that you’ll be begging for the recipe. Our neighbors love these so much that they have bought their own specialty pan and have them every Sunday!
