Description
Indulge your culinary soul and enroll in any two culinary courses offered by Newbury College. If you're our high bidder, you can choose from a variety of courses, including Culinary Science and Theory; Nutrition; American Cuisine; Stocks, Soups & Sauces; Bakeshop I; or Bread and Rolls.
The courses run for fifteen weeks and begin in the Summer, Fall or Spring at Newbury's Brookline campus only. Most classes meet once a week for two and half hours, with some accelerated classes held on Saturdays. Some Culinary courses have required pre-requisites. High bidders will be required to purchase all books, equipment and proper kitchen attire.
