Description
Wood mask, carved by Dan people of Ivory Coast, is decorated with woven raffia, animal hide, feathers and cowrie shells once used as currency and indicating wealth. Mask dates from last quarter of 20C and represents male face. Mounted on wood block with wood pole. 20 x 11 x 7 inches.
