Misha Lenn is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning artist who has developed a very distinctive style of watercolor painting. With watercolor paintings located private collections and museums around the world, Lenn has won numerous awards for his watercolors and logo designs.

This year Lenn was commissioned to create the official artwork of the one hundred thirty-third Kentucky Derby. Lenn's dreamy illustration of horsemen and young women in elegant, open-back gowns appears on all official Kentucky Derby accessories and souvenirs. For this year's auction, Lenn has donated an original, signed sketch of this illustration, entitled "Glory and Glamour of the Kentucky Derby." Included with the sketch is a signed postcard of the final image used by Churchill Downs.
