Chef Scott Cooper learned and perfected "nouvelle cuisine" as an apprentice chef in the '80s, and now he offers mouth-watering regional dishes. Jackson’s, at its core, is all about great food—without the pretenses. The menu is intelligent, mouth watering, sometimes disarmingly simple with great fresh ingredients and at other times quite elaborate. Don't miss the array of Starters (French onion soup, crab cakes) or Main Dishes (filet mignon, risotto) and our personal favorite dessert, Upside Down Blackberry Pie with Crème Anglaise! This very special dinner for eight will be a "custom menu" with pre-planned multi-courses.
