No, this is not astronaut food, although it is thought of as a heavenly delight by our beloved staff!  Beattloaf, as it is affectionately called, the culinary creation of Ursula Beatt, is organic meatloaf with her special touch. At this annual staff appreciation luncheon, held on February 28^th, Ursula will provide her famous Beattloaf with all the trimmings to the staff. The staff anticipates this day of delicious nurturing and of breaking bread together!
