Melissa Moss was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She worked in publishing until she decided to study color psychology, which led her to discover her true passion – painting. Knowing that each color has various subtle shades and tones, Moss uses color as her primary artistic element to express the mood in each painting. Her work has been included in various exhibitions, including at the Hive Gallery, Thinkspace Gallery, and the Ten Woman Gallery. She currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
