Become a literary figure in a new book

Nationally renowned mystery writer Aaron Elkins has generously offered to name one of the characters in his upcoming book after you! Due to be published in the summer of 2009, the highest bidder for this experience will see his or her name in print. Former anthropologist and boxer Aaron Elkins has been writing mysteries and thrillers since 1982. He won an Edgar for Old Bones, as well as a subsequent Agatha (with his wife Charlotte), and a Nero Wolfe Award. His major continuing series features forensic anthropologist-detective Gideon Oliver, "the skeleton detective." A second series features art curator-sleuth Chris Norgren. The author and his wife have collaborated on five mysteries about female golfer Lee Ofsted.
