Known nationally for her fiber and mixed media work, Karyl Sisson sculptures range from vessel forms made out of old cloth tape measures to abstract forms created from vintage plastic buttons. She creates by interlocking objects of or related to fiber, with reverence to the container and an intense interest in pattern. She has exhibited widely across the United States since 1976.
