Pin Wheels, Footprints and Faces - Very, Very Adorable Faces! Our own Sally Peebles was the first to contemplate the scheme for the
quilt made on behalf of Mrs. Campbell’s students.  Mrs. Peebles provided inspiration for the entire quilting effort for this year's auction, but she really thought about these footprints ahead of time.  She suggested the footprints in the round be used for Mrs. Campbell's young preschool class.
Heather O'Donovan (Room Parent) made this happen and incorporated pictures of each of the young students as well.  Look carefully, for these are not really footprints, however, each child’s fist and fingerprints are carefully placed to affect a footprint.  Heather's enthusiasm for this quilt was and is priceless.  Of course, Tanya Gubenko, our MCS quilting expert pulled everything together with thread, colorful pin wheels and loving design.
