Company must be located in, or willing to meet within, the Greater Portland area. Does not include production costs such as copywriting, photography or any necessary supporting graphics. Client supplies all necessary visual elements, or agrees to hire necessary vendors upon an approved ad concept and a detailed estimate for its associated production costs.
