Pilates on the Peninsula is an intimate studio based in Redwood City, offering group mat classes for all levels and private and semi-private sessions on specialized apparatus including professional STOTT brand reformers and Peak System Cadillac, Chair,Towers, and High Ladder Barrel.

All ages and abilities are welcome from the client looking to improve their athletic performance, to those who are just beginning an exercise program, or rehabilitating an injury.
