QiGong is for EVERYBODY!
Anyone can start doing QiGong for health! No pre-existing physical or cardio-vascular condition necessary! QiGong (pronounced chee-gung) exercises are gentle movements that combine slow moving postures and breath. Many people define it as "meditation in movement". It's similar to Tai Chi in the soft flow from one posture to another yet QiGong has the advantage that it isolates individual exercises and allows for tailoring a session to your particular needs. It is a method of self-healing that integrates breath and posture.
QiGong means the skill of cultivating vital energy. Regular practice of QiGong can:
* Rejuvenate the body & skin
* Reduce stress
* Improve flexibility & balance
* Improve mental focus
* Improve micro-circulation
* Reduce blood pressure
* Strengthen the Lungs & Heart

Tuesday morning 8:00 - 9:00 am
Thursdays 8:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 - 10:00 am --every other week-- Classes are held at Morning Crane Healing Arts Center
