L. Olson Associates is a professional organizing company dedicated to helping small businesses & individuals develop and maintain organization. We work with clients to design customize integrated systems that help them better manage their paper and time. Our goal is to help them "de-clutter" their offices, schedules and homes to create environments that increase productivity and quality of life.

 

We will conduct an on-site tour of your office or home that takes approximately 2-3 hours. We will identify what's working and what's not working. We will create a customized plan that includes recommendations for where to start, specific areas to address, equipment and supplies needed and time estimates to complete the project. This plan of action will serve as a guide to allow you to implement youself or engage us to assist you with the project.

 

Linda Olson is the principal of L. Olson Associates. Years of experience in the corporate world provide the foundation for her work as a Professional Organizer. She worked in Human Resources in high tech for 20+ years, sharing her expertise in the processes of change, development and learning. She developed and delivered training programs to leadership teams and provided individual coaching. Linda has an M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine U. and is certified as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the local San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of NAPO.
