Inspired by power yoga, Club Yoga is about having fun and expressing yourself through funky dance steps while practicing a complete yoga sequence from warm up to final savasana. Club Yoga is designed for the dancer, or dance-curious yogi, in each of us who is ready to turn up the notch on their yoga mat. Not only will you develop core strength, balance, and flexibility through Club Yoga, but you will also find yourself clapping your hands, stomping your feet, and getting down to funky music.
Be prepared to sweat and have a good time with Club Yoga!
