Description

Come to the Mark Taper Forum at the Music Center for the world premiere run of David Henry Hwang's biting new comedy -- one that blurs truth and fiction to expose previously "untold events" behind his most disastrous Broadway flop. Los Angeles-born playwright Hwang received the 1988 Tony Award for his Broadway debut, M. Butterfly, co-wrote the book for Elton John and Tim Rice's musical Aida, and wrote the book for Disney's Broadway musical Tarzan. His adaptation of Flower Drum Song premiered at the Mark Taper Forum in 2001.
