Winner will receive an Event Certificate and Passes for an ice skating outing and professional lesson for ten. The passes are for a Public Skating session at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo, a beautiful ice and roller rink that is the L.A. Kings' training facility. The passes also provide all participants with rental skates. During the 3-hour skating session, a section of the ice will be separated from the rest of the skaters, and the group will be given a thirty-minute professional skating lesson by Ice Skating Institute certified instructor (and Franklin dad) Gary Schipper. Winner of the auction will select the day for the event, per the ice rink's schedule for public skating sessions; weekday and weekend times available. (And Mr. Schipper and the Toyota Sports Center staff will also arrange for special treatment of your party for expedient VIP admission and skate rental.) The Toyota Sports Center has a café and games area as well. Parents joining the kids on the ice can also participate in the lesson, which will be fun and tailored for the abilities of the participants. Winner of the auction may also arrange to reserve a nice party room and snacks at very small additional cost; arrangements can be made by Mr. Schipper and the Toyota Sports Center staff.
