Katie Couric autographed her children's book, The Brand New Kid. Everyone knows someone like Lazlo S. Gasky. He's the kid who is different. This book tells the story of a classmate who reaches out to Lazlo and not only finds a new friend, but teaches her classmates an important lesson about accepting people who are different.
