What: 4-course meal with Thai & Indian influences

When: Any Saturday/Sunday evening through October 15, 2007

What you need to do: 1. make the winning bid, 2.Heat/Grill & serve

The menu:

Garden greens with a light dressig of lemon, tarragon, & raspberry
Soup (choice of Lentil Soup or Thai Conconut Soup)
Chicken on skewers (you grill)marinated in yogurt, lime, mint, cilantro, and other spices/herbs
Cold beets smothered in lemon and dill

*some ingredients and/or spices depending on their availability might be substitute depending on if they will be freshly picked from the garden.

**If you have food allergies or flavoring preferences, the menu can be modified accordingly.
