Three personal training sessions designed to introduce you to CrossFit - the most effective, results-producing workout in our world today. It is a system of high intensity workouts that change every day. We employ free weights, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, rowing machines, and a wide variety of bodyweight exercise that make you as strong and fit as you want to be.
