Escape to a romantic Mediterranean Villa this February 2, 2008 for an exclusive Wine Maker Dinner for only 10 couples.  Heidi Krahling, Executive Chef and Owner of Insalata’s Restaurant, will design a sumptuous menu of gourmet, seasonal cuisine created just for this dinner.  Each course will be paired with exquisite wines hand selected by Scott McLeod, executive wine maker for Francis Ford Coppola’s premiere winery,  Rubicon . Scott McLeod who has been featured in Wine Spectator magazine will also be available to discuss the wines during the dinner. Although wine maker dinners like this one are usually reserved for fine restaurants and wineries, the Sullivan family will host this one remarkable evening for the St. Anselm community at their elegant, home in Kentfield.  Value:  $4,000.
