Condo is a studio with one queen bed and a full kitchen.  You can shop the Market and then cook a gourmet meal or eat at any one of the great restaurants in downtown Seattle.  One-night stay would be the first night you arrive in Seattle.  The second night would be your last night when leaving the San Juans Islands.
