Personal Training Sessions at your home (no equipment required - weights will be provided for your use).  

Sessions with ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Barbara Norgren.

Each session is 60 minutes.  First visit will be a consultation which consists of health history, fitness assessment, determination of exercise preferences and fitness goals.  Certain medical conditions may require written authorization by your physician.
