- Three hour Cooking class: Stocks and Sauces with Michael Wood for up to six persons.
The foundation of French cooking. The three hour class will give participants and overview of making and using stock from the perspective of a home kitchen. Tasting stock-based soups (consomme and French onion) and sauces paired with meats included. Appropriate wines will be served. Class will be held in Nancy DeFord's kitchen on Shore Drive.
