Description
This hike will be led by experienced hikers Tom Slayton (Author of Searching for Thoreau) and Mike Frederick (Executive Director of the Thoreau Society).
The hike is for up to 15 people with lunch provided. It will take place in August or September 2008, on a mutually convenient day and time.
Tom Slayton is the former editor of Vermont Life Magazine.
Special Instructions
Mr. Slayton will have hip replacement surgery in January, 2008 and plans to be recovered by August and September, but would like the bidders to understand that the trip may have to be resheduled beyond the posted date, if circumstance beyond his control arise.
