Located near the small castle hamlet of Montebenichi, not far from Siena, amidst the olive groves and vineyards of Chianti Classico, Il Mulino has air conditioning in every bedroom and internet access. Il Mulino’s owner is a renown singer and pianist and provides a complimentary dinner for guests along with an evening of musical entertainment! On the ground floor there is a small kitchen and dining room, a living room with comfortable furniture, big screen satellite television and an electric piano. On the first floor are three bedrooms with queen beds and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a pretty canopied bed against a stone wall with vaulted ceilings. On the second floor a fourth bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom is being built and should be finished for the summer of 2007. There is an external building with a larger secondary kitchen and laundry facilities. l Mulino di Boccarina is on seventeen hectares of olive groves, vineyards and forests alongside a stream. A few steps away from the villa is a full size private swimming pool.
