This one hour of private lesson for yoga (or pilates) with Registered Yoga instructor Jen Micoleau will help you develop fundamental strength, flexibility, body awareness, alignment and correct posture through a physical practice of asanas (postures).
Allow yourself to replace stress and anxiety with calm, serenity and self-control by learning pranayama (breath awareness) & coordinating breath with movement.
