This ticket is good for one day admission (daily admission for one) for the valid date(s) stated on  ticket front excluding buyout, cancellation days & days (that are) not operable due to weather & act of God. Operating days & hours are subject to change without notice. Ticket may not be used with any other offer. Ticket is not valid for food, merchandise, games, rentals, special attractions or special events not stated on the ticket front. Ticket holder grants permission to Hawaiian Waters to use his or her photo & video images taken at the park to be used for advertising purposed without payment to holder. Ticket holder assumes risk of personal injury & loss of property. No alcohol, food, coolers & beverages may be brought into the park. Ticket may be revoked & ticket holder ejected from park at discretion of management without refund for failure to abide by park rules. No refunds or exchanges.
