CLASSES


SONKI FITNESS BOOT CAMP
is an outdoor fitness training program designed to condition the entire body and mind.  The main focus of the program is to improve total body fitness while having fun outdoors.

  • It is 5-weeks long (1 hour per class) and designed for all ages and levels
  • Our basic methodology includes strength training, aerobic exercises, muscle toning, agility drills, flexibility improvement, and even some fun games. 
  • Specially designed to challenge everyone (regardless of fitness level), it allows you to push the limits at your own pace. 
  • The environment is very positive and friendly, and unlike other boot camps there is no yelling or screaming
  • Some of the core exercises include calisthenics (push-ups, crunches, etc.), circuit training to music, strength training (shoulder press, arm curls, etc.), PRE (Partner Resistance Exercise), HITTM (High-intensity Interval Training), martial arts, and various cardio exercises to include obstacle course, stairs, and running
