Christine has an extensive background in Exercise Training, with Anatomy, Bio-Mechanics, Power & Strength Training, Group Fitness, & Plyometrics. Her clients are men, women and children of all ages, from beginners through advanced sports-specific athletes. She works with special needs clients as well.
Christine has been an athlete for most of her life, but can identify with the burdens we carry from being overweight both physically and emotionally, as she has “yo-yoed” throughout many years of her life with 30 lbs of extra weight. Her passion and dedication to her clients helps them achieve and maintain a healthy fitness level all year round. Christine’s philosophy is, “when you train, it’s training with your mind, body and soul.” Christine is known best for her ability to motivate individuals at all different levels, her “NO Excuse! Policy” and her philosophy of “I can and I will!”
In your sessions with Christine, she will coach you to tap into your inner strength with consistency, determination, and while having a lot of fun! Christine understands the direct benefits and importance of exercise in one’s life.
Christine’s purpose is to teach her clients to identify their goals, find ways to remind themselves that all they need comes from within, and remind them that they can achieve anything they set their minds to!
