Four course Dinner for Six Adults prepared and served in your home by volunteer chef "Carlo" and assistants. Menu starts with his unique Tuscony bean salad, graduates to savory sweet-sausage-stuffed portabella mushrooms, grilled chicken/steak complemented with an interesting Mediterranean couscous/wild rice invention infused with fresh herbs from the chef's garden, and finishes with a surprise dessert. Washington wine served with each course.
