Ah yes. It had been a long day of traveling on the back roads of Guatemala. After we settled into our hotel, my traveling companion and I came across the most delicious aroma just down the street. We searched for the source and found these delicious empanadas just out of the oven at a quaint cafe. We were lucky enough to bring the recipe home to share with you.
