Next winter let me bring you a pot of chicken soup for dinner. I start by roasting a chicken with rosemary and 40 cloves of garlic. The soup is prepared with chicken, carrots, spinach, mushrooms, angel hair pasta and a couple of secret ingredients! Approximate quantity is two gallons.
