At the heart of Kabobi's kitchen is Persian born Chef Abbass Shahbazi. Chef Abbass has built a following for his brand of Persian Kabobs. They are first seasoned to perfection with herbs, onion and saffron, then skewered onto foot-long flat metal skewers and fire roasted over a 1,000 degree grill.
