Galante Vineyards "Black Jack Pasture" Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 signed by Jack Galante 3 liter bottle __________________________________________________________ BLACKJACK PASTURE CARMEL VALLEY ESTATE CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2003 Winemaker Comments:This vintage is perhaps the most flamboyant edition of this tiny production single vineyard Cabernet to date, and may even prove to be more outstanding than the fabulous '97 and '01 vintages! Big, lush and with super intense fruit, this wine will no doubt be a classic. The 2003 Blackjack is replete with blackberry, cassis, dark cherries and leather flavors with lots of dark chocolate that rounds out the palate in full-bodied richness. The tannins are ripe and firm providing a magical structure and sublime balance to the wine.
