Conducted by a certified Home Energy Rater, a blower door test will be completed and  a  whole house inspection will be conducted.  A ten-page checklist will be utilized.  A two-page computerized report will be sent within a week detailing the exact amount of air leakage that your home is experiencing along with recommendations for improvement.

The test takes approximately three hours.
