AXIA Taverna, opened just this October, features an exciting and unique Greek menu. Our Executive Chef Alexander Gorant, together with noted food critic and hellenic cookbook author Diane Kochilas, has modernized the typical suburban—and typical Greek—dining experience. Chef Gorant’s dishes are grouped into Mezedes (small plates) and Megala Piata (large plates); our guests are encouraged to select from the groups as they see fit, creating anything from an elegant multi-course meal to a laid-back, tapas-style dinner. AXIA’s wine program features notable European and American labels, complemented by sommelier-chosen Greek vintages. There is, of course, a full bar as well, with an atmosphere that makes it a destination in itself.

AXIA Taverna’s sleek, modern layout was conceived by noted restaurant design firm Tony Chi and Associates. Tony’s mission was to create a setting worthy of the high caliber cuisine, but still as inviting and warm as Greek culture itself.
