Chef/Owner Jim Solomon of The Fireplace, an award-winning restaurant located in Brookline, will prepare a specially tailored five-course dinner for ten at your home.

The Fireplace is a New England grill and barbeque with an emphasis on wood-smoked and rotisserie dishes utilizing the freshest offerings of the New England region. In October 2006, The Boston Globe Sunday Magazine named The Fireplace “Most Authentic New England Cuisine in Boston.” Besides tremendous success for six years in owning and operating The Fireplace, Jim has worked with some of the country’s finest chefs, including Paul Prudhomme (K-Paul’s), Thomas Keller (Bouchon/The French Laundry), and Todd English (Figs/Olives).
