Offering strategic planning, consulting and training; she engages groups quickly and moves them to action using proven facilitation methods. Cindi pulls from over 20 years of experience creating, leading and managing business. She has started two highly successful companies, Executive Relocation Services (ERS) and Leatherwood Forge Retreat Center. In both of those companies she demonstrated a broad range of business expertise and savvy overseeing the financial growth of the firms, excelling in customer service and managing her teams.
