Two lucky people will enjoy a four-day personalized, customized, exclusive photographic safari on the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, in Kenya, and Eastern Africa. The world famous 60,000-acre property is home to over 78 black and white, wild rhinos. large herds of elephant, buffalo, Grevy zebra (25% of the world remaining population), reticulated giraffe (20% of the world remaining population), sitatunga (one of only two places left in Kenya to view this species, and out of the estimated 50 left Lewa has 22). In addition, you will see hippo, kudu, gerenuk, lion, leopard, cheetah and other species of wildlife.  Ian and Jane Craig, with their wonderful crew, will be your hosts, and with a licensed veterinarian, the lucky bidders may accompany the crew and watch close-up the darting of wildlife, for scientific purposes.  Being hosted by Ian and Jane will allow you to experience Lewa that is not available to the average visitor.  You will have a vehicle and driver/guide available to escort you around this unique Conservancy, photographing the wildlife in their natural habitat. There are blinds placed near watering places to allow you, in safety, to photograph elephant and other game at extremely close range. Although this trip is for two persons, you can add additional people – up to six more - to accompany you. While your expenses are covered, the others will need to pay the normal safari fees on Lewa.  The additional cost per person, will vary with the numbers of people in the group.  Additionally, the lucky bidders can arrive earlier or stay later and extend their safari to other parts of Kenya or East Africa.  Kenya offers many unique options for extending your stay. Mike and Betsy will personally help plan not just the Lewa visit, but also any extensions for travel you may want to experience. These additional excursions will be an additional cost above what the bidder pays for the 4 day safari to Lewa.
