Description

"The Trouble With Chivington" is a 12" x 36" oil on canvas painted by well known Denver artist Duke Beardsley.

Duke's work has been exhibited in numerous one man and group exhibitions across the United States, including the Colorado Governor's Show, the Coors Western Art Show, the Salon d'Arts "Jeune Salon" exhibition, and the 2005 "Masters of Montana" exhibition. He was the recipient of the 2001 People's Choice Award at the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale in Cody, Wyoming and he was a featured artist in "21 Under 31" in the September 2001 edition of Southwest Art Magazine. He was featured as an emerging artist in "Roots in the Rockies" in the September 2004 edition of Southwest Art Magazine.
