You must be at least 18 years of age. You may ride with a fire company between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and each person is limited to once per month. Arrangements for ride-alongs must be made at least 7 days prior to your requested ride-along date(s). The date of your ride-along will be confirmed by a fire captain.

A waiver must be completed and your age verified before a ride-along will be scheduled. The waiver may be requested in person or downloaded . To verify your age, the waiver must be returned to the Administration Services offices at 14000 West Yuma Road during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)

Important: Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, all items will be available for pick up at the MDA Phoenix Office. Some items will be available at specific locations or delivered as noted in the item description. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
