Travel must be completed within 12 months from September 6, 2007. Holidays and special event periods are excluded. This stay cannot be combined with any promotional offer. Only one certificate per person or household.  This is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Accommodations are for a maximum of 2 adults in a hotel-style guestroom. Children will be an additional charge. Accommodations are subject to availability. Transportation, parking, additional expenses, incidentals, and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this certificate.  Reservation must be made at least 90 days in advance, then a writen confirmation of your reservation will be mailed to you, which must be presented at check-in. A credit card is required upon reserveration and at check-in. Cancellation of reservation within 60 days of arrival and no shows will forfeit this stay. No reschedules within 60 days of arrival. Important: Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, all items will be available for pick up at the MDA Phoenix Office. Some items will be available at specific locations or delivered as noted in the item description. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
