The winning bidder will be entitled to one stay of three consecutive nights at one of the resorts listed above.  Travel must be completed by 12 months from September 6, 2007.  Holidays and special event periods are excluded.  This certificate may not be combined with any promotional offer.  Only two adults in a hotel-tyle guestroom.  Children will be an additional charge.  Accommodations are subject to avilability.  Transportaion, parking, additional expenses, incidentals and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this certificate.  A credit card is required  upon reservation and at check-in.  Reervation must be made at least 60 days in advance.  A written confirmation of yoru reservation is required.  Cancellation of reservation within 30 days of arrival and no shows will forgeit their stay.  No reschedules within 30 days of arrival. 

Important: Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, all items will be available for pick up at the MDA Phoenix Office. Some items will be available at specific locations or delivered as noted in the item description. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
