Planning a wedding? Need someone to take the stress of planning off your shoulders?  THEN THIS PACKAGE IS FOR YOU!  This package hires a Searchlight Memories Trained Consultant to take on all the worries for you... All you have to do is bid!!!!

Cost of package is for the Phoenix Valley. Package is based on 100 – 125 numbers of people This package is for couples who want the medium wedding (there will be minimums required by the location).

 1. Dating

•  Meet with client to assist in helping with planning their vision, ideas, and desires for their Dream wedding.

2. Engagement 

• Help with choosing the right ceremony and reception sites
• Assist with the choice of colors, themes and style of your Memories package
• Provide information on obtaining a marriage license
• Assist with shopping for dresses, tuxedo rentals and accessories
• Correspond with wedding party and wedding participants via Email
• Locate an Officiate/Minister
• Locate up to four vendors needed in each of the following categories: Florist, Décor, Ceremony Site - Provide "Availability Reports" that outline the available venue choices., Reception Site will include catering information - Provide "Availability Reports" that outline the available venue choices, Wedding Cake Bakery (If not included in the catering cost), DJ or Band, Photographer, Videographer, Make-up, Hair
• Invitation consultation
• Assist with ideas on flowers, stationary, decorations, etiquette, and new trends.
• Provide up to date information with client via Email and phone  

3. Planning

• Contact onsite wedding coordinator if one is provided, to discuss all aspects of the wedding and meet with them if necessary
• Schedule meeting with vendors and attend vendor meetings (so you are free of one more meeting
• Keep in touch with vendors to make sure arrangements stay on schedule
• Work with Ceremony site on sound system for officiate/minister
•  Negotiate and review contracts with vendorsà        Assist with reception room and cocktail arrangements
• Assist with catering selection  

4. Reception Rehearsal

• Contact vendors chosen to discuss reception details
•  One week prior contact all vendors to go over finale details
• Provide an itinerary for all vendors involved in the reception
• Distribute final payments to vendors if requested  

5. Rehearsal

• Contact all vendors one week prior to the event to coordinate arrival/set-up times
• Contact onsite wedding coordinator if one is provided, to discuss all aspects of the wedding and meet with them if necessary
• Ceremony and reception set-up, tear down, provide chairs, and tables
• Review order client has chosen with each vendor
• Direct a two hour ceremony rehearsal to include spacing, music, etc 
• Prepare and provide a rehearsal itinerary for wedding party
• Instruct members of the wedding party regarding their duty during the wedding.
• Provided wedding day schedule 

6. The Big Day

• Set up a ladies tea or men’s luncheon prior to wedding
• Be on site prior to ceremony for final details 
• Distribute final payments to vendors
• Provide an emergency wedding kit
• Print wedding programs (stationary is an extra charge)  

7. Added Value

• Provide detailed budget and payment timeline worksheet 
• Provide vendor payments schedules
• Email reminder to send “Thank you” cards after the honeymoon
• Provide a monthly timeline, a weekly timeline, and last a daily timeline
• Reminder Emails to guests that have not responded within 3-weeks of wedding.
• Guest list RSVP tracking
• Identify whether guests are a guest of the bride or groom.
