Periodontal Comprehensive evaluation (one hour consultation) plus full mouth set of radiographs necessary for the evaluation plus full mouth deep cleaning with local anesthetic if necessary (depending on the evaluation) or regular full mouth cleaning if no disease found.  Will provide home cleaning supplies to take home.
